Why is it so hard to get approval for seller?

I this happening to everyone?

It is really hard to get approved as a seller. Every time I submit my ID and took a selfie, it was always rejected.

I read in this forum that I need to improve my score.

Anyone has an experience?

dont be lazy. do a search of this website before you ask questions.

Make sure you have met all the requirements for scanned copies of documents.

Also, is there any reason given as to why your documents were rejected?

a reason is rarely given. However, you can request service desk person to reset the seller application page so that you can make new attempt.

I'm not lazy. Besides the mql5 website, I try to look somewhere else. Tried twice for the submission, but still refused, even though I used proper legal ID with all the requirements.

I did ask for a reset. They gave me a reset, tried again, but still failed. All requirements has been met.

It is so confusing.

if your research give you an idea to "improve my(your) score", then do that. not hard to do. download some free indicators on marketplace and on codebase. And then add your opinion to a discussion thread. read a few articles as this counts on your score too. add a post below an article and your downloads from codebase. Add reviews to codebase downloads. plenty of ways to improve your score.

Profile rating should not affect verification, as far as I know.

agreed. if the reason for rejection isnt to do with the id check check, then, it could be just that the op has only just joined the website.
