I recently installed Windows 11 on my two computers. Both of them have MT4 installed. I lost all my indicators then reinstalled them on one computer without any problems. The second computer will not reinstall them but brings up a page asking me for my login, something I have not needed to use for years. It asks me to verify it by entering my email and getting a verification code. When I enter my email address, I don't receive any emails to get a code. Now I have MT4 but cannot access any indicators. What is the solution please? Thank you. Mel

Installing Windows 11 in you computers, identified them as new computers, this is a Windows whim. Now you need to install all your MQL5.com Market puchases again, consuming 1 activation.

Log into your MQL5 account in MT4/5 >> Tools >> Options >> Community and install your purchase through your MQL5 account on all MT4/5 terminals where you intend to use it.

In MT4 go to the Terminal window >> Market >> Purchased and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

In MT5 go to the Navigator window >> Market >> My Purchases and then click the Install button on the right of your purchase.

Please note that simply copying and pasting ex4/5 files from one MT4/5 terminal to another will not work for MQL5.com Market purchases.

Additionally, ensure you remain logged into your MQL5 account at all times for the proper functioning of your purchase.
