Help with hide file

Hello I was trying to install a bot but unfortunately, when i was trying to intall in a mac iwas trying but I couldnt, after hours of trying with this problem i clicked on properties of a file and i mark hide but now that i realize how to do it, i need to paste a document in this folder that i hide by mistake, can someone help how to unhide please?
I think you should ask either Google or a Mac forum as a Mac is not the usual PC for MT5.
Open Finder and press Cmd + Shift + . (dot)
