Cannot use new login or password

 
I was sent a new login and password, however when I go in to update phone so I can top up account, the new password willnot work, so I cannot update phone or put money in account to pay for developement services
 

Your MQL5 account login is jonmemmott and it cannot be changed, so try changing your password and try again.

Just tried again, just put new Password in and it says 'Error Saving data'

This error is not about a wrong password, where are you trying to login? In MQL5.com website, in your MT4/5 terminal, or in your mobile MT4/5 app?

I go to 'Top Up Account for MQL5 Services'

I enter 90 Dollars in TOP UP ACCOUNT BOX

It comes back with following message - You need to provide a phone number in your mql5.com Profile. Please try to repeat the transaction after phone number verification.

I go to SETTINGS then SECURITY

In security I put my phone number in 

It then asks for my password

I put new password in and error message comes back

Ensure that the phone number is entered in the correct format, including the country code. For example, if the phone is in the UK, the format would be +44 followed by the phone number (e.g., +44234567890 ).

  • Clear their browser cache and cookies.
  • Close the browser and reopen it.
  • Log back into your MQL5 account and try again.
