About not being able to install NEW EA

Since I re-installed MT5, I can no longer install new EA
Before re-installing MT5, I was able to download EA successfully.

Error log: "MQL5 Market failed download product "*****" [500]

Could you possibly suggest a solution to this problem?
 

Check Community tab of Metatrader: it should be filled with your forum login and forum password (and with confirmation of sucessfil login in Metatrader's journal).

And check Metatrader - it may be the following: the product was already installed in Metatrader, so if yes - delete it from Metatrader and installed once again (from same Metatrader).

An error 500 usually indicates an unavailability of the MQL5.com Market, so try again later.

 
I also got a 500 error, I already thought something was wrong with me. I'll try again later
