market product couldn't be attached to charts

I uninstalled my mt4 platform and deleted data when uninstall. When I reinstalled back mt4 and logged into trading account and MQL5 account, my purchased product couldn't be attached into charts. The terminal takes long time till 30 mins still loading and not responding after i dragged the indicator into chart.

If you uninstall Metatrader and install it once again so the purchased products can be attached to the chart as before.
Means: no any problem with deinstallation and installation oonce again.

You just need to fill Community tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and with confirmation of sucessful login in Metatrader journal).

if your purchases products can not be attached to the chart anyway (other sucessful filling Community tab) so it means that one activation was lost for them/products, and you need to delete them/products from your Metatrader and install them once again.

Activation may be lost because of Windows update and some more.
