Top up gives error message

 

Been trying to add funds to my account. I keep getting an error message saying,  "An error occurred while transferring money. If you need help, please send a request to Service Desk and specify the details of the transaction." However

the Help Desk does not have any headings that addresses this issue. So it will not allow me to send a message to support to address the problem. 

 

Try the following sequence:

MQL5 Helper >> Finance >> Account top-up >> There is a problem >> I am unable to pay >> ...
