Payment past verification time yet unpaid- And Service help just bot

Hi guys, I have money that has passed the 7 days and not yet cleared. The service desk is just giving Bot automated responses. There was no option to describe my issue under Financial Issues. How can I go about this

Just wait. Typically, the Service Desk responds within a few days, although extended delays can happen if there’s high volume. Rest assured, they will get back to you.


NOTE: we’re all regular users, so we don’t have direct access to the Service Desk or their response timelines.

 
Hi there thanks for the response. I’ve been a seller for 4 years now but have never had this problem so that’s why I came here just to check if anyone else had a similar experience and how they dealt with this

I've had a few payments like that. It happens when the customers payment couldn't be verified somehow. I don't think there's anything the service desk can do.
