double closing of positions without intention

I have another double closing of positions and don't know how this happens. There's no link between the positions by an EA. See attached files. Only the buy position 0,5 (2024.12.19) should have been closed, without the sell position 1,83; (the margin would have been releaved with the dissolving of the 0,5 positon).
