purchase question.

 

hello I paid for the [redacted] on the market, clicked to add to my MQL5 and when it took me over there it asked me to pay again. 

I have no email confirming the purchase or anything, and cant see it anywhere to use it, its not in my purchases in the navigator. not sure if there's something else i have to do? 

I have written to the support team but that could take up to 3 days so thought i would check in here in the mean time to see if I'm missing something?
