I'm having some trouble downloading the platform, shortly after the download begins I get an error message 'Sorry, something went wrong'. I've tried this on both of my laptops, both running windows 10, and have been met with the same response. Does anybody know what might be the cause? Unfortunately no detailed error log is given.

Ended up being able to download it by temporarily disabling all of the exploit protection options under Windows Security.
