I used VPN now befour i could use it without VPN I donnot have also signal in MT5

Then contact the Service Desk. You will probably have to wait for office hours from Monday onwards to get a response.

EDIT: Also check if you are not being blocked by your Internet Service Provider an not by MetaQuotes.

Be careful and do not use some popular VPNs. Some participants reported that after successfully registering as a seller, they were unable to pass the automatic verification due to IP issues.

It happened to me a few times in the past. The block clears automatically after a while.

i have the same issue , i even can not install meta trader on windows while my static ip in use

i ve checked the headers returning 403 for my ip so no install , no login , no trader can be unless i use slow and laggy proxy

how to contact support exactly ? i spent proper time but all i saw useless FAQ , no connection no message to support can be placed !

It is nothing to do with MQL5 support (in most of the cases).

please stop making multiple messages! if you had done research by doing a simple search of this site then you would have discovered after a 2 second search -- that netcup has been blocked for years and years.
