Netting and hedging accounts under 1 broker account number

Hi,


I've 2 accounts under my prop firm account number. The top one shows hedging account, the bottom one shows netting account when hover my mouse over it. I don't want netting and don't know why is there. I just want to keep the hedging account.

This has to do with your broker, ask them to delete the netting account and open another hedge account for you.

Thanks, I asked the broker and they say nothing wrong with my account. The fact is when I login to the trading account, the title line shows 'hedge', not 'netting'. The netting account with the same account number is created only when I run my algo. And after I've run my algo, I was forced to logged out the hedging and netting accounts.  Strange.

if you described it to your broker in 100% the same wording above, then, I recommend that you try again, since each time I contact my old broker I got a different answer from a different person. And if that new person gives you similar useless answer, then, I recommend that you change brokers. It is more than strange, but suspicious. Maybe they put limitations on algo trading.
