New Order Box Technical Problem

On the MetaQuotes Demo Account desktop platform i have an issue. On the active orders i right click on any one order and select modify/delete option and click but nothing happens,no order selection panel will appear, the same for the standard toolbars on metaquotes at the top.The new order button option above,when i select this option the order panel will not appear.I've tried to exit or restart the system,buy to no avail,i am open to suggestions?
 
Try resetting the platform settings:

    1. File menu->Open Data Folder
    2. Double click on "Config" to open the folder.
    3. Close the MT5 terminal.
    4. Delete the file Terminal.ini (or rename it)
    5. Restart MT5
