Freelance problem

sorry i was asking for help

i put a job in freelance (to fix an ea that i already have )

normally the programmers take my unfinished ea and run away, many programmers are just curious about new ideas ,

this time however the programmer confirmed the job https://www.mql5.com/en/job/227462

and then like the others he ran away with my ea ,, he stole all my work (My ea and new rules) and honestly I'm tired of being robbed by freelancers

and he put two signals after running away ,, strange tips ,,

i am very sad for not having found an honest programmer

what can i do now??

Please can an administrator ask the programmer why he doesn't answer me so we can close the freelance job??

since i don't have any answer from the programmer i can't close the work and give a good review to the programmer

Can someone help me ?

yes I requested arbitration on 12 11 2024 but I have not received any response

I know I will have to wait even two months, correct??
