I followed the instructions but the problem is still not solved.

This problem has only appeared since I updated MT5 to version 5.00 build 4620. Before that everything was fine.

I followed the instructions to enable TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 . I also disabled the firewall and did not use any VPS but still did not solve the problem.

Hopefully in the near future, MetaQuotes will have an update to solve this problem. Thank you.
