Account authorization failure

 

i have since been in touch with my broker about my account(DERIV) they all is fine with my account but i have since received the account authorisation failure message till today.

i have reset my password numerous number of times but it states that my 

2024.10.24 11:50:11.874 Network '21515386': authorization on DerivBVI-Server failed (Invalid account)

please may someone assist me.

If this is a demo account it may have been expired.

If its a real account, then either the account number, broker/server and/or password are not correct, so double check them again with your broker and try again.
