You probably have a more extensive problem in your PC.
Try to restart it and uninstall/reinstall your MT5 terminal.
This seems to have fixed this issue. Uninstalled and reinstalled deleting settings also. I can now see the tabs.
Are you in full screen mode (F11 or F12)?
I believe I was, yes but I've reinstalled the terminal after deleting it and I can see the tabs now. Thanks very much all for your input and help everyone. Let's hope this is the end of the issue. Bless you all.
On another forum topic with the same problem, the following procedure can be used to reset things and hopefully resolve the issue ...
