In your MetaTrader Strategy Tester mode use it to test your manual strategy. For example you may test MAcross strategy. So put MA indicator on the chart and start simulation. Every time you see the cross, setup your desired Lot,SL,TP and place order.

Click the Backtesting Trade Assistant Panel link in the first post, download the mq4 file, double click it to open it in the MetaEditor, click the 'Compile' button to compile it and then paste the compiled files into your MT4 >> Open Data Folder >> MQL4 >> Experts folder and restart your terminal.
