About purchasing <Market EA> for MT4

I have paid, but I cannot download ea.ba. Can you help me find out what is wrong?
 
I have paid. But I have not downloaded EA. Below is the bank transaction statement. I don’t know how to contact customer service.

"I have paid" and "I already bought" are two different things.
Because from "I have paid" to "I already bought" may pass the several working days (from 3 to 7 days).
