If this were a broker account, I would say contact the broker, but in this case, just accept it as a glitch in MetaQuotes demo accounts. They are constantly fiddling with them as they are just for beta testing anyway.

So, I would recommend you open up a demo account with a reputable broker, and do your testing there.

No, I'm using CloudZY VPS, but I don't think it should come to that because I got recommendations from multiple sources for that VPS. I have an average ping of about 7ms, extremely fast machine, windows server.
How is functional the vps for installing on the bot and then on the metatrader5
