problems on the quotes doesnt chargue in the charts

i ve no quotes on the chart on mt5 , and on mt4 frozen every time , what could be the problem , i ve a good pc, is not the pc

Do you use any indicators or EAs? Heavy indicators/EAs can cause this.

some but not heavy that all , i use 3 mt5 3 mt4 , severals indicators no , eas, and when i clean just one mt5 that is from exnees things goes back to the normally , but i see that the exnees platform mt5 desktop is the problem , may i have to download  the mt5 form mql , and then login into the exnees account , i dont know what it is is very tourble and confuse
