account possibilities

Hello, can someone explain to me why the possibilities of an account can be limited: I cannot place or execute an order (no order in progress either) . thanks !

We do not know (we are the simple forum users only).

• If it is "fake ban by IP" so switch your router to be OFF and after that - to be ON - in case you are on Dynamic IP (and your IP will be changed as well).
• if it is real ban for Freelance - so contact with the service desk.
