saved template missing from drop-down menu

I saved a new template. It is present in the templates folder [...\MQL5\Profiles\Templates], but does not appear in the platform drop-down menu. Why not? and how to fix? Thank you

Restart MT5. Check available memory.

available memory 785gb,

platform started and restarted many times, no change to problem.

Is there a limit to the number of templates in the drop-down menu?
