Xi Ning Zhou #:this is a dedicated server, not easily switched to another VPS provider, and it has no problem just last week, I think it is just an IP banned problem maybe by MQL5 again, so I would like MQL5 to check it and whitelist me for it

Run a network trace and see where the communications stops. If you find that it is at the very last hop, then it may be at the MetaQuotes server, but if it is long before that, then it is your VPS or their IPS service that is causing the issue.
