how use dll with expert advisor

dear i try build ea expert ex5
i was run nodjs server on my pc https localhost

port3000 get signal from postman
port3001 send signal to ex5

i need test it using postman 
so how i use dll option and where use it because i can not make connection between ea expert and my nodjs server
