Trouble opening new account

Im just getting started . I've been messing with a demo account but now i am trying to open a Real account for Live trading. When i request to open an account it gives 3 options- 1) Demo account 2) Real account for Live Trading 3) Connect with an existing trade account. It wont let me click on option 2-the Open a Real Account for live trading. What do i need to do? im ready to upload documents to verify but it wont even let me get to that next step. any suggestions
