I have been trying to withdraw money from my account but got hit with funds locked how can I unblock it. Your help will be appreciated.

One day I did not complete a withdrawal operation, which resulted in the amount I was withdrawing being locked. After one day, the funds were automatically unlocked.

Perhaps you are experiencing something similar. Try waiting 1-2 days. If after a couple of days the funds are still blocked, contact the service desk

Although, when you contact the service desk, the chatbot will ask you to confirm that more than 10 days have passed.
