Im unable to access MQL5 website from one of my primary devices , what couold be the problem .

ya , it is an IP Ban as its ony on teh 1 PC . The crap part about it is thart i need that particular one to run my Bots . And they are just not responding , what can i do 

 
I have this too. Only on home wifi. I can connect via 4G. 
I have restarted both modem and laptop.
I have had this before. Waited 2-3 weeks then came good. 
Is it ISP blocking ports ??
How can I check or trace the block??

You need mql5.com to run your bots ? How is that ?

It is unlikely that an IP ban would affect one PC on your network and not the others.  Let's do a debugging step to verify or eliminate one possibility.  Right-click your Windows/Start button, click Windows PowerShell, type (without quotes) "ping download.mql5.com", press [Enter], and show the result here (take a screenshot or copy the text).
