My MQL5 vps server Location in is London, but my personal Broker server in is Cyprus.

Question:  how is it possible such low ping if the two location is far apart.

1.60 ms seem too low indeed.

40-60 milliseconds would be more likely and expected for that distance.

The physical location of your broker's offices are totally irrelevant with their servers location.

The 1.60ms ping to London MQL5 VPS reveals that their servers are located in London.
