MT5 app desktop version

Is there a desktop version of the MT5 app? I couldn't find any information about this app in the market database. I intend to use it to trade futures, and I would appreciate any information anyone has to help me out.

Sergey, I am looking for a simple one-click order execution tool that allows me to place an entry order when clicking on the price bar with preset the closing or open, high, or low price. Also, it has TP and stops preset feature (no indicators or any other market analysis). There is nothing at the bottom of the page for such a link to download.
 
BTW, I am an MT5 user.
