MT4 installation in windows 10 problem

hi

am trying to install MT4 in windows 10 but I receive error message as in the attached pic.

first I tried to install the broker mt4 platform...then after receiving the error message I downloaded mt4setup.exe

from MT4 website ...but both installation package didn't work in windows 10 ...

any help is appreciated and thanks

You might be trying to install a 64-bit version of MT4 on a 32-bit Windows system.

i didn't see any specification that say it's either 32 nor 64 in MT4 website...can you please provide me a link to a  32 bit version??

You need to have 64-bit OS.

Go to PC >> Settings >> System >> About and look for system type to see whether you have a 32-bit or 64-bit operating system.

my OS is 32-bit...

but why MT4 will not have a 32-bit version??!!!!

The release of 32-bit installers has been discontinued. Previously installed 32-bit platform versions worked until January 1, 2024.

it's so sad to hear this thing, and so sad that MQ owner didn't take in to consideration that may be millions of traders still have a 32-bit OS and cannot migrate to 64-bit OS.

it's not understood why MQ owner decide to ignore the reality that there is an 32-bit OS.
