second based interval strategy expert advisor

Is it possible in mt5 to develop and test second based interval strategies? For example an expert advisor which runs on 10 seconds time frame.

 
Could anyone please answer my question?
 
well yes of course it is, signals can be triggered by numerical values or boolean states, there's no "rules" for time, there's no rules stating that you have to have a strategy on ohlc bars
