If you purchased the product from the Market so this product is listed on your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/eben2705/market
So, you can open MT4 or MT5 (depends on the product you purchased), fill COmmunity tab of Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (and with the confirmation of sucessful login in Metatrader journal), and install the product from Purchased tab.
