build 1420 MT4 EA not working
You can ask the coder/seller of your EA to recompile it for you (in case you bought it from the author/coder).
If you bought hacked version of the EA so it will not work with this build of MT4 (it is some kind of protection of illegal copies of the EAs).

that is because it is an illegal copy and so will not work after the recent MT4 update...
