transfer from MT4 to MT5

Hi, I have this code in mt4 and it works fine and loads special scritp for me,

but I want to change it to MT5 version but It doesn't work.

Dose anyone know how to change it to MT5 or run/call a special scritp from an EA or Indicator(Except using keybd_event and HOTKEY)?
