Is there a way to scale fix in Mt5 work like Mt4?

In Mt4 we can scale fix and drag the price chart anywhere the cursor can be dragged, however in Mt5 when you scale fix you can drag the chart any direction except down....
This EXTREMELY frustrating, especially when you are trying to place pending orders which may be more than several pips above the current candle or bar.
It's as if the developers made a big mistake and overlooked this. Is there a fix for this or something in settings to adjust this? Thanks
