I had this problem more than once until I figured out the cause.

If you set a stop loss that's too large, sell orders won't open.

Try setting a stop loss of 100 for EURUSD or 10,000 for Bitcoin—that is, a reasonable stop loss, not one that doesn't even fit into the chart.
