Using History in Strategy Tester

Please advise on how to use the history file (.hst) downloaded from your site for strategy testing.
I would like to use by the minute data (M1) for 2005.

lode data use HistoryCenter.
check Recalculate.
maybe need period_convert, too.

Is there a step-by-step process somewhere? I'm afraid that I didn't get it clearly from the screen movie above. Sorry.
 
I already downloaded history and saved on my desktop. Which folder should I place the history file for it to be used by the Strategy Tester?

Is it exactly the same of history data from you and from my broker? I see that brokers have different running prices. What broker has the same data with you?
 
There are historical rates from MetaQuotes Demo server. Some brokers have the own Historical Center. Ask a question to your broker.
