Cant connect to my metatrader 4 too

i have been trying to connect my ftmo demo account to metatrader 4 with my creditentals and added it. but it keeps saying no conncetion what i am doing wrong here ??
Try to connect from different PC or web-terminal just to check your account still valid.
Note: FTMO accounts used to have time expiration.
