How to deactivate an EA's license

Hi guys, how do I deactivate an EA's license. I tried to delete the EA from the trading terminal but it didn't work
 
  • If your EA is having the license (license is not activations on MQL5 Market products) so you should contact with the seller about it (in case you have some issue).
  • If you are about MQL5 Market products so you products in your profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/etdnfx/market 
    and you should install the product directly from Metatrader.

Hi Sergey, thank you for your reply. I'm sorry for not making the question clear enough

The EA I'm using has a max 5 activations, I've installed the EA through MT4 terminals 3 times. Now in the Purchases page, the EA showing I have only 2 activations left

My seller/EA creator said it's MQL5 rule, once an EA is activated it can't be deactivated. But he's a bit unsure about this so he told me to ask in the forum

Now I'm looking for a way to deactivate/remove the previous activations so I can have more number of usage
