Hahaha, this broker does not follow any logical GMT/DST regimen or policy. Please be cautious about those bucket shop brokers.

I guess that they feed quotes from their dealing desk. I would also say the screeshot that you sent of this broker's time is fake, because they do not provide any details about times of DST switches unlike other respectful brokers.

I have asked the broker and they told me they change on November 3rd and March 10th, so they are in DST US, if i check here -> https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zone/usa/new-york

their week times on EURUSD do not match US DST. Anyway, I maybe wrong.

Maybe you should provide him a script version using XAUUSD to check ?

If you have Gold (XAUUSD), could you please run the script "week_times.mq5" on the gold chart and send back the logs (start Jan 2022).

My guess is that your broker is feeding the quotes from a different source every some months, that is why no ordered pattern can be identified. I think no other way except the feedback from their customer service.,

Edit: this broker does not provide detailed info on their DST that I can program in the code. 
 
This was very educational for my future broker time related development operations both in terms of MQL5 and broker time conventions
 

Am testing the script on the server "Exness-MT5Real9" and yesterday(9th March 2025), the US forwarded clocks for DST but the Exness MT5 platform time remained the same(GMT+0). I though the script would return DST_NONE however I got DST_US, am I missing something here?
