problem with history of my signal

Hi all 

I need your help ti fix a problem on my signal.

it's reporting the history from November 23 but I've started the account on May 23

any idea on how to fix?

The signal service is taking the history from your history (Metatrader).
And if the broker archived the history so it is nothing anyone can do about it (check your history in Metatrader).

I can suggest to start the first trade on trading account on the same day/way as the signal is started to be monitored.

Because, your example:
you signal is monitored since 2024.02.19 only ... and "no one knows about what was before that date" (my irony I am sorry).

Hi Sergey tnx for your answer,

I've checked the history on Metatrader and you are right it stand only balance operations and not the trades :(
