As we discussed, when trying to add my phone number the MQL5 system won't let me via "Cannot top up due to duplicate phone number. I think I found the account with my phone number, "workwithdennis" account. I have the the password and tried to log in to DELETE the account but was unable to login and the note appears "Authentication Denied". So, the MQL5 system recognizes the login "workwithdennis" ID and the password but "Authentication was denied. WOULD YOU PLEASE DELETE THIS "workwithdennis" account so I can continue with my EA purchase under Uptrendfx???
Only the Service Desk can delete a MQL5 account, so please contact them about it.

you were given instructions to contact support.
And if you have had that many accounts, then, you will also have been using this site long enuf to know that having multiple accounts is against the rules of this site. You are only lucky to still have use of even 1 of your accounts. I have known people who have had multiple accouhts and every single account was deleted, and they werent able to open a new account again with their id because the system recognised them from previous account setups.
Thank you for your comment. I have contacted support but no response yet. After workwithdennis is deleted, I plan to delete my duplicate account so I only have one account. Thanks again.
you should ask them to double check that you phone number is removed from system too, or you may have same issue when you sign up again and try to use that same phone number.
