I checked, there are no errors in my logs, but there is no way to check the VPS log to see if there is any error.

At least until it appears on the MT4 platform
Did you restart your terminal? Has the server name changed?

I have a similar problem, the server on the mt5 broker Roboforex has disconnected, it does not work, and when I try to connect it says that it is already connected

If VPS was stopped so you can start it on this page:
https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

Besides, it is necessary to provide the migration/synchronization to start VPS.

-----------------------

Besides, some brokers changed the name of the server (and it is the most often reason of disconnection; the other reason is to fill Community tab of Metatrader with the confirmation of sucessful filling in Metatrader journal, but I think - everybody knows it).
So, -

  • you can check the name of the server with your Metatrader in case your Metatrader is connected to the trading account (Tools - Options - Server),
  • and compare it with the name which was written in this page https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions

------------------------

And please note that MQL5 VPS is per one trading account (means: one trading account for one VPS only).

This seems to be not related to VPS. Do you mean your local terminal was disconnected from the server? In this case you should contact your broker.

I compared the account number is the same. In the terminal the login is 7815... and on the website the name is MT5 7815... But the MT5 prefix probably has no effect?

No, it's just a matter of VPS. I talked to the broker, they say that everything is fine on their end and the server should be connected. It worked for me for more than a year, and today the connection seemed to simply disappear; when you click in the VPS terminal, a window appears asking you to reconnect. And if you click connect, it says that the account is connected, but in fact the server does not work and is not displayed anywhere in the terminal as before

Earned it. Apparently something was fixed in MQL

Yeah seems they fix it :) Thanks to all who try to help :)
