Collaboration and communication with other developers in mql 5

Hello friends,

In accordance with MQL 5 rules, are we permitted to collaborate with other developers here and undertake projects as a group? I've always believed in the strength of teamwork.

For open source and public projects, you are free to use the Forum, CodeBase, Articles, and the MQL5 storage Public "Shared Projects" functionality.

However, for private or closed-source projects, you are not allowed to use the forum at all. You may do as you wish privately.
