VPS weekend hiccups/extra charges

 
Hello-all the VPS issues we had this weekend has left me with extra charges on my account 

Does anyone knows how I can submit a ticket or something to address this issue 

I had 6 -month sign up Dec 2023 thru June 2024

Past weekend trying to stop VPS and restart migration etc….my account has been recharged agin “6 months” service now my service is valid 
Jan 2024 thru July 2024 (65 $) 

I need help submitting a help desk ticket please advise

This is a dead end with automated helper 

I understand the refund isn’t possible 

Not looking for refund just want to see free minutes are available as described in the policy

2.- The bot is not a dead end. After answering a series of very simple questions you will reach a point where you will be able to submit a ticket and will be attended by a human.

3.- If you want to see if extra minutes have been added, what's stopping you? Go to the VPS configuration section ( https://www.mql5.com/en/vps/subscriptions ) and look there.

Thank you I was able to get through with chat and submit a ticket 

I am pretty new on using this service hence-sorry for creating confusion 
Reason:
