Cannot change phone number because I have no access to old number

I used to work in the USA and have since moved back to my home country. I want to change my phone number, but obviously I do not get the code sent to my old number. I tried using the MQL5 Helper, but it just says there are some issues and the team is working on a fix. Is there anything else I can do or should I just keep trying the helper until it eventually works?
 
This can only be changed through the Service Desk so you need to get in touch with them.

The only thing I can click is Create a request and after sending a custom message, I get the reply: " Something is wrong. The MQL5 team is already working to fix the issue. Please try again later."

Should I just wait a couple of days and try again?

Try again tomorrow, probably something is not right.
