THE PIVOT POINT / TECH INDICATOR CHALLENGE

I have a VERY IMPORTANT question. I have no computer language skills or experience whatsoever but I am passionate about utilizing the awesome platform that METAQUOTES provides via the Pivot Point Strategy on the Forex Market.

I would like to create an Expert Advisor for the CCI, RVI, RSI, & ADX on a 15 minute chart.


I would like to be alerted when the above indicators meet a certain criteria 15 PIPS above or below the R1, Pivot Point, & S1 in any given currency pair. Is that posssible?

For example, in any given currency pair:

I would like to be alerted 15 PIPS above or below the R1, Pivot, or S1
if the CCI reading is +100 or -100.

I would like for the RVI to alert me if it's angled upwards or downwards
15 PIPS above or below the R1, Pivot, or S1.

I would like the RSI to alert me if it's reading is above 55 or below
45, 15 PIPS above or below the R1, Pivot, or S1.

I would also like the ADX to alert me if it's power is 20 and greater
with +DI and -DI criteria to match, 15 PIPS above or below the R1, Pivot, or S1.

Question: Is this possible? If so, can someone PLEASE instruct me
in easy detail on how to do this.
