Can't login to the MQL5 Community on MT4 even after password reset

Hello...My Broker recently reoffered the MT4 Platform after a brief period of discontinuing it...I use the Trade Assistant Tool from MarketPlace...For some reason since relaunch of MT4 by my Broker I can't login to the MQL5 Community to redownload my Trade Assitant Tool...I get an error message "Failed To Connect To Server" and "Community Authorization Failed"...I opened a MT4 Demo Account on a different Broker to test and have the same issue...I have reset my password several times with no luck...I can login from my Android phone without any issue...Maybe it's something with my computer has changed since a recent Windows Update?...Any help would be geatly appreciated...Thanks!

You can use your forum login and your forum password.
